What Does A Red Rash In Groin Area Indicate?

I have a severe rash on my lower stomach and down the side of inner thighs...mainly in groin area... I ve tried fungal creams, neosporin, desitin, and cortisone cream to try to heal it but nothing seems to help... It s red with a few small raised bumps scattered around it...

Thanks for asking,
You are suffering from tinea cruise. It is superficial fungal infection. It starts as a popular lesion and spread peripherally with central clearing. Tab terbinafiine 250 MG once daily at night and sertaconazole cream twice daily for local application will suffice.
Above all keep the area clean and dry to prevent recurrence.
