What Does A Rash On The Tip Of The Penis Indicate?

Today out od nowhere i saw something like rash on the tip of my penis. On one place it looks like a wound as if it has bleeded but i havent and still dont feel any pain or itch. I am a virging so it cant be sexualy transmited. My 2 questions are what is it and is listerine mouthwash bad good or neutral for my penis since i used it cuz i thought it might kill the bacteria if its bacteria.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. Do not use any thing without medical advise. It can be HIV allergic or inflammatory lesion. Get it examined by doctor locally for examination and diagnosis can apply candid ointment or take antisceptic douching syphylyticlision. There is ulcer but there will not be pain. If there is no response then anti fungal systemic antibiotic can be given. May be syphilitic ulcer there is manifestation now from family involvement. Penicillin is the drug of choice, and vdrl test should be done.
