I have a rash on my scrotum. There is a patxh as if the skin thinckened or raised comoares to the rest. It started red and mildly painful then turned into 5 small black dots. Since the original area 2 more irratated areas popped up on my left testicle and the base of my penis on the fmleft side. I dont know what it is. My lymph nodes in my left groin have also been swollen and slightly painful.
