What Does A Puss Filled Hole By Collarbone Indicate?

Hi, I was born with a very tiny hole by my left collar bone. It never hurt but there would be puss every so often. I am 23 now and 2 weeks ago, it just started to hurt really bad. Puss came out of it more than normal and now it looks bruised and hurts a lot. Almost like I can feel something when I touch the area. What could this be please?

Well come to HCM
If this is pus discharged from the wound and nature of wound is not clear one then this need to be surgically explored or may need debridement may be needed, without the investigation and proper medical history nothing can be said for sure, better to see the surgeon, hope this information helps, take care.
