What Does A Purple Line On The Palm Indicate?

Every so often I get this purple line/mark on the palm my hand. Usually in the (crease) knuckle area. I get a feeling (can t describe) put I look at it and then I see a purple line. If I press the purple mark I go thru the roof. Very painful and lasts for several minutes. The last couple of times it hasn t been in a joint area- once in palm of hand and just now on finger between the joint. Both of those time it leaves a bruise. What could be the cause of this? p

The purple line on palm at particular portion seems to be in concern with blood vessel related issue which may be subcutaneous capillary congestion or else.
