What Does A Purple Bubble On Inner Lip Indicate?

I have a purple, blue, and black bubble on the inside of my lip. It is about 4 millimeters in diameter. I got hit in the face today with an ice pack and within 15 minutes the bubble appeared. It is tender to the touch, and it feels like there is a small lollipop in my mouth. Could it be a burst blood vessel? or just a bruise? Expected healing time? What exactly is it? Thanks - EZ

This is nonspecific condition and often seen in young age this does not need any treatment and this comes to the normal one on it own, this could be allergic condition, no need to worry about this, and do not temper this, hope this information helps, take care.
