What Does A Painful Pimple Near The Anus Indicate?
near the anus there is pimple like. the size is little big....very itchy and with burning feeling...and notice red skin already...i don't know if this is rashes....when I wash, its very painful...I used betadine solution to clean...please help me cure this...thank you

This is -by your description- can be considered an abscess and using betadine solution would not help in this case. what you should do for treatment of this abscess if it is considered a little big, is excision and drainage by a primary doctor or a skilled nurse and after that you should keep the dressing dry and change it day by day and use systemic antibiotic like cephalosporin and local antibiotic bevatricin spray, also always wear loose underwear and maintain aeriation to the wound for as much time as possible.
