What Does A Painful Mole On The Back Indicate?

Hi. I have a beauty spot on my back that has been hurting for a while now. It hurts slightly if i push on it, but mostly can feel a pain/throbing at time when not touching it at all. It has a small raised spot in the middle. Not visable by the eye, but can feel it when you run figure over it. Should i by worrying any more than i already am? Thanks

What you've described might be a symptoms for a lump that can lead to lipoma,atheroma,ganglion,or even nevus. If it stayed the same and cause pain i would suggest to go to a surgeon to have it check out.
