What Does A Painful Lump On Abdomen Indicate?

I have a small pea sized lump on right side of abdomen that is painful.. Constant discomfort sometimes pain more noticeable while sitting or lying, scans have revealed nothing. I suffer with ulcerative colitis last flare up 3 yrs ago.. I was taking medication daily but this caused hepatitis and a 2week stay in hospital last year. Really worried this lump could be something nasty

A lump in the belly that is painful might be due to an enlarged lymohnode. It can due to simply an infecction in which case you would needs antibiotics an that woultake care it. Also it is very important to gt a ct scan of your abdomen to rule out any other pathology or abnormality in yiu abdomen or any oithr lump ostha mouth be hidden inside ubelly
