What Does A Painful Hard Lump On The Elbow Indicate?

I have a hard lump in my elbow for 2 weeks now I was on antibiotics and inflammatory s it d getting bigger and hurts really bad got my whole arm from shoulder down hurting its getting week and aches all the time last 3 nights I ve been getting cold sweats can u help me

it can be inflammatory lymph gland. requered to be examined by surgeon. aspiration cytological analysis may be done.after confirming diagnosis it can be excised and biopsy can be done.
