Several years ago I had an incident where my joints all got locked up and I had serious intense pain and I had very high sed rate and very high white blood count the doctor put me in the hospital and gave me anabiotic‘s and did a number of tests including a radiation test to find what was going on in my body but they never found out what it was and I’ve always wondered. The only thing is lit up in the radiation test was a scratch on my leg that had been caused by my cat. And to this day I still have a lump under the skin from that scratch.The only thing that worked on the pain was plaquenil so the doctor concluded that this must’ve been rheumatoid arthritis. But I have never shown the RA factor in my blood. I have a new rheumatologist to wants to take me off the plaquenil and see what happens and we are slowly weaning me off of it. But I don’t know what caused the initial event. Do you have any ideas? Thanks. I am female age 64. This happened to me when I was 50. YYYY@YYYY
