About 6 weeks ago i got an infection in my mouth. I used antibiotics for it but the pain never went away. There has always been a constant lump at the top of my gum under my nose. One side of my face is constantly getting pain and my right nostril is always getting blocked. There is a matelic liquid always draining from my top front tooth and my top teeth are getting lose. I have pains and numbness on that side of my face constantly going down to my neck. Yesterday i was walking home and had fatigue and felt a bit faint. Is there something wrong with me?? Thank you.
In upper gum there is lump that may be tissues growth or fibroma or other lesion. Size, shape and colour of lump with consistency helpful for diagnosis.. Clinical examination of that tooth and gum give exact idea about problems. If you feel drainage from upper gum portion that may be because of perforation ... Consult a oral surgery for further diagnosis... Detail history and oral cavity examination give exact idea about problems...
I hope my guidance helpful to you.. Take care. Thank you.
