What Does A Lump On The Neck Indicate?
I woke up this morning with a golf ball size swollen lump at the base of the back right side of my neck/shoulder area. Dr doesn t know what it is...? I have an autoimmune disorder and fibromyalgia. The only thing different lately is some red bumps on my scalp. Not sure one is related to the other, but I thought I d mention it...

As you physician is also unable to diagnose it, I would suggest you to do ultrasound and fine needle aspiration cytology after consultation if required. Treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition. It may be due to autoimmune conditions.
