What Does A Lump On The Collar Bone Indicate?

I noticed a lump on my right side collarbone, it is noticeable when I look sideways. does not hurt... no other symptoms, I had a shoulder injury about a year ago on the right side and am still weak on that shoulder. should I be worried... feels like bone not a movable lump<br>
