General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Liposarcomas typically grow quickly, are often painful, and are not as moveable as lipomas.

These are that main differences between lipoma and liposarcomas.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
