I have a greyish 1/4 circular slightly swollen bump on the bottom of my big toe. It has a small brownish center (a little bigger than a pinpoint). I just noticed it a couple of days ago but it hurts quite a bit, especially if I put weight on it. Any ideas what it could be and what I should do about it? Thank you. If a bite, would I need immediate medical attention or should I do something first. If, by chance, there s a splinter and the skin closed up (there is not an open area), what can I do to get it out?
