What Does A Dent In Hairline Indicate?

I have discovered a small debt in my hairline. A few months ago it was a small patch of hair missing , I went to doctor had bloodworm thyroid hormones etc and was told everything was normal, doc gave me a cortisone shot now I've noticed a small indentation there big enough for ball of index finger to fit

Well come to HCM
This could be fungal infection, I actually treating such case if ever have this in my clinic with "Selenium shampoo" advise to apply this on patch for three days and this gives excellent result, hormone therapy would be questionable, hope this information helps, have a nice day.
