General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Most men have penis deviated to right or left side and is often curved when it becomes erect. Hence, there is no anatomical or physiological abnormality associated with it. Since penis is a soft tissue, damage to it is unlikely by just putting pressure in the form of squeezing it. If your sexual activities are normal, then you need not worry about these things.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
