General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
Circular indentation on the forehead what you have noticed could be due to vitamin D and bone mineral deficiencies.
Kindly take calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and Vitamin D supplementation regularly. Also, take diet rich in these foods, which will help to restore normal bone architecture.
Gradually, you should be able to overcome it.
You can overcome stress and anxiety by practicing meditation and relaxation techniques regularly. Take diabetic medication as advised and do the necessary follow-up as suggested.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
Regards,
Dr.Ashakiran.S.,
