What Does A Bruise On The Wrist Indicate?

I do not recall injuring my right wrist or banging it -- and woke up this morning with a bruise on the inside and topside of my wrists and alongside the inside of my wrist is a 3 inch long red mark. the bruise hurts slightly to touch the bruise and its looks swelled up just a bit (different from my left wrist. I do recall seeing a few months back this bruise on the same wrist, but didn t pay attention. Now its back - and I don t know what to make of it.

Hi !
hope to guide you in a better way
Bruises on any part of body without any obvious reason like any trauma etc may have certain reasons like
multivitamins deficiency i.e zinc, vitamin c etc
taking excessive alcohol
chemotherapeutic drugs
or last but not the least any underlying bleeding disorder like leukemia, thrombocytopenia (decreased platelet count)
so atleast have a" complete Blood picture" ASPS.
Seek urgent medical care in case of excessive pressure on bruise or if it's getting more swollen and tender.
hope my guidance help you out
take good care.
