What Does A Blood Clot In The Uterus Indicate?

Hi doctor. I am 27yrs old.. I ve been on pertogen since 2015. I got off it 5mnths ago cause the doctor said I have a cyst in my left ovaries. Earlier this month I went to see him again and he saw a blood cloth in my uterus but confirmed that it was not pregnancy... He put me on hormone pills. But to this day I havent seen any period since early september. What could this mean?

you probably have polycysytic ovarian syndrome
you need to check your prolactin levels also you need to check you FSH levels and blood sugar
if you have gained weight, loosing weight will help as your fat cells will reduce, sensitisation to male hormones will reduce and you will have your cycles more regularly
you should get an ultrasound done and check again with your gynaecologist
in case of any queries feel free to get in touch
