What Does A Blister On The Palatopharyngeal Arch Indicate?

Hi, I notice a flesh colored blister-like bump on my palatopharyngeal arch. My throats feels dry and nothing helps. I ve tried tea, cough drops, and just gargling hot water with honey and salt. It s hard to swallow my saliva too. Do you know what it could be?
