What Does A Blister In The Throat Indicate?

I have clear water like blister in the back of my throat they seem to slide down and feels gritty mouth s dry but when the burst it feels like cream of wheat and if I spit them out there s a white speak that looks to been bigger then a grain of salt my tongue swollen and it feels raw on top my tongue on the side and underneath it feel like I ran my tongue on a piece of glass

* As far as my clinical experience is concerned, it is possible tonsil or adenoid inflammation responsible for the same.
* Primary relief with gargles of salted lukewarm water added peppermint oil , analgesic, antibiotic as Cephalosporin or else as per the choice of your doc.
