What Does A Black Spot In The Urethral Opening Indicate?

Tiny black spot by pee hole. Just found it two days ago but have had a burning sensation when I pee, some blood in the urine, dehydrated, always feeling the need to go, and back pain for the past two weeks. Went to the doctor for it and heard nothing back, I’m just really concerned about the black spot

Hello,

Thanks for your query on HCM

"As"per your clinical history is concerned please follow like this -

1)Do a clinical examination by your Doctor [urologist]and to confirm do few tests like [Urine RE/ME and ultrasound]

2)Discuss with your Doctor about a course of antibiotics like [ciprofloxacin, disodium hydrogen citrate and framycetin for local application.

Do follow lifestyle modifications like this -

1)Drink water throughout the day.

2)Eat fewer oxalate-rich foods like rhubarb, beets, okra, spinach, Swiss chard, sweet potatoes, nuts, tea, chocolate and soy products.

3)Choose a diet low in salt and animal protein. Reduce the amount of salt you eat and choose non animal protein sources, such as legumes. Consider using a salt substitute.

4)Continue eating calcium-rich foods, but use caution with calcium supplements.

Hope that helps
