Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi Doctor, I have an area of thick skin between two of my toes which has a black spot in the centre. As it press against my small toe it causes pain and discomfort during walking. Secondly, I accidentally dropped a metal bar on the top of my left foot about 2 weeks ago. The area bruised temporarily and the skin broke but it did not bleed. I now have developed a very prominent bump which appears to be fluid filled which disappears but then returns. There is no pain associated with it. I would appreciate some advice. Thank you.
You may have developed hematoma. This hematoma may take few weeks to resolve to recover. In this process you developed a skin abrasions then it may heal by black or brown dot. So also please check for you developed underlying bone fracture or not.
Apply pressure compression in case of pain. Use Mupirocinointments in case of ulcer. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
