What Does A CPK Level Of 590 Indicate?
How can I reduce ( CPK ) my CPK is now 590 it was 380 before taking this medicament I am taking now a medicament for cholesterol ( inegy 10/20 ) because I have (LDL ) 1.2 & my cholesterol blood test now is ( 1.6 ) in Lebanon the cholesterol must be My test blood of cholesterol was 2.7

Hi i did review your concern.
WIth statins that you are taking for increased cholesterol there is a risk for myopathy and rise in CPK levels.
1)I would advice you to drink a lot of water and review your condition with your doctor to change the medication if needed.
2)pravastation is less myopathic and you can take that with doctors help.
alternate dosing helps a lot in reducing CPK levels
3)Also vitamin D supplementation may help.
