1. Presence of WBC in the given range indicates a possible urinary tract infection.
2. This needs to be further confirmed with culture sensitivity of the bacteria which will guide to decide on antibiotics to be started.
3. Normally less then 5 WBCs are seen in urine. In your case it is significant.
