Hello and welcome to HCM,
Difficulty in urination is a feature of benign
prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
BPH is a benign lesion affecting prostate in males.
Dark colored urine is seen due to presence of
hemoglobin in urine due to hemolysis.
Weight loss is seen in debilitating conditions like
tuberculosis and malignancies.
Weight loss of more that 10% of the actual weight is significant.
Coming to the urine report, presence of 24 white blood cells (WBCs) or pus cells in urine suggests presence of infection.
Presence of infection may be accompanied by presence of red blood cells and
epithelial cells.
Normal specific gravity of urine is between 1.001 to 1.010.
The specific gravity in your case is raised i.e. 1.025.
This can be explained by presence of infection in urine.
You need to consult your doctor with report for prescription of antibiotics.
Thanks and take care
