General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

You should undergo angiography to study the coronary arteries to know about the blockage. Avoid stressful activities and cold exposure till then. You should also get an assessment of your blood sugar level and lipid profile. Take baby aspirin till your doctor appointment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Varinder Joshi, General & Family Physician
