The values given say there is liver cell injury going on and the diagnosis is hepatitis. All the enzyme levels are elevated.
Diagnosis of hepatitis is not possible with these values.
For Hepatitis B - Serology testing for antibodies and HBs Ag specifically. Others include HBe Ag and HBV DNA
For Hepatitis C - Anti- HCV screen or HCV RIBA needs to be done.
There are numerous causes of hepatitis. It could be viral or non-viral. If there is a possibility of Hepatitis B or C, precautions regarding blood and blood related products need to be taken by caretakers.
