What Does P24 AB/AG Combo Test Conclusive Mean?

is p24 ab/ag combo test is conclusive at 6 weeks after exposure ? no clear symptoms are revealed during this period , i have prtected sex with chineese girl but i am afraid because i made fingering with her and i discovered later i had a very thin unbleed crack cut in my finger.

I think you are absolutely safe from this particular sexual act.
Protected sex is considered to be adequate protection against transmission of Hiv.
Regarding the possibility of acquiring Hiv through a paper thin cut on your finger with no evidence of bleeding, it is absolutely nil.
For Hiv to enter through a wound it has to be fresh and actively bleeding. A wound that is already a few hours old or has formed an early scab will not allow the virus to enter through it.
Moreover, P24 Ag/Ab test or HIV Combo test is accurate as early as 4 weeks.It is highly sensitive as well as specific for Hiv and a negative test at 6 weeks almost rules out Hiv.
This particular test detects P24 Ag in addition to Ab's against Hiv, therefore it shortens the window period of detecting Hiv from the traditional 6-12 weeks to about 4 weeks.
