Dr. Below is my semen analysis. Liquefaction: The semen liquefied fully within 60 minutes at RTC Appearance: Grey Opalescent Viscosity: Non-viscous Volume: 2.5mls. (Reference interval _2mls) pH: 8.0(Reference interval 7.2-8.0) Microscopic Examination Direct microscopy: Spermatozoa 3-5/hpf seen Leukocytes 2-3/hpf seen. Motility : Only 2% have rapid and progressive motility with majority immotile. Sperm count: 0.85*10/ml. ( References interval Morphology: 80% appears abnormal with: Tapered and tiny heads Tiny and coiled necks. Impression: Oligoasthenoteratozoospermia. I have been told that motility is very low, the sperm will not be able to move to make a woman conceive. I was put on some antibiotic there has been no improvement. What is the best treatment my condition. Please help. LI Uganda
