What Does Minimal Free Fluid In POD Mean In An Ultrasound Report?

Hai Doctor this is Mrs.Pooja Swamy i am 22 years old, from past 5 days i am having lower abdomen pain right side day by day pain is increasing yesterday i consulted the doctor they suggested me to Ultrasound, i got my report also . Impression : Minimal free fluid in POD-? PID. what it mean and how it comes, is there any major problem.

Hi,

Few tests (temp, WBC, ESR, CRP, 3 vaginal swab) plus treatment as follows, Ceftriaxone 250 mg I'm single dose plus doxycycline 100 mg orally for 14 days and metronidazole 500 mg orally twice for 14 days and treatment may vary with lab results.
