Hello,
Your blood reports suggest uncontrolled diabetes with high cholesterol, high triglyceride and slightly high liver enzymes level.
You need to take proper antidiabetic medications along with anti lipid medications.
Since your high liver enzymes are due to uncontrolled diabetes and dyslipidemia, they shall become normal once your blood sugar levels and lipid levels get under control.
Thanks
