Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

According to report, there are gliotic areas noted in right parietal region.Prominent cortical sulci are related to aging or gliosis.
Gliosis is a nonspecific reactive change of glial cells in response to damage to the central nervous system.
Gliosis may be in response to brain injury, infection etc.Treatment differs according to the cause of the condition.

Hope i have answered your query.
Take Care
