What Does 4 Days Long Fever Indicate?

Hi, My 3.8yr daughter have fiver from 4 days, high fiver coming 102f around going down after having medicine again fiver id coming after some time ,sometime pain is in stomach ,my Dr. Is saying its a impact of changing in weather But i just think it s dengue, please suggest

I really appreciate your concern, if is already four days gone and temperature not being subside then it is advisable to get done the routine blood test and urine analysis, typhoid need to be ruled out, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
