Thanks for your query. More information is required, apart from physical examination of the abdomen.
However, from the available information, there are just two possibilities:-
1. The movement is that of the right lower abdominal muscle (movement is called
fasciculation) due to irritation/compression of the supplying nerves as a result of bulging disc/collapse of vertebra. MRI of the mid-spine will detect the
disability, if present.
2. A pathology or a growth in the Caecum (junction between
small intestine and colon), obstructing the flow of food.
CT Scan or
Colonoscopy would rule out/diagnose this condition.
