What Do You Suggest For A Stomach Upset With Nausea?

Hi Doctor, I've been experiencing an upset stomach for the past week. It comes and goes. It feels as if someone has punched me in the stomach, followed by nausea, although no vomiting or diarrhea has occurred. Should I consult with a family doctor or go see a specialist?

Hello
Thanks for the query to HCM Forum.
As you mentioned that there is stomach pain with nausea from last seven days.
The reasons are so many but most important reason may be Hyper acidity or indigestion .
Fried food ,over eating , caffeine , tea may be responsible for such type of symptoms so avoid these food items and consult your family physician and get his opinion.
Good luck.
