What Do White Bumps Inside Lips Indicate?

My brother has developed few white bumps not painful on the cheeks and inside the lips for almost two weeks...he is being treated with multivitamins since past days....but no healing yet...her mother died of tongue cancer so he is worried that what it could be? please advise...

The white bumps over the cheek and lip can be a fibroma or a frictional keratosis secondary to chronic irritation by the sharp teeth. Nothing to be panic, consult a oral physician and get it evaluated. NOthing to worry, it is not cancer, it is a benign lesion. If any teeth are sharp, then get enameloplasty done.
