Hi,
The signs you are experiencing are from irritant effect of the chemical solvents of the spray paint into your nose and throat.
If my patients experienced very short time exposure to a spray paint I would recommend to wait 1-2 days as the chemical irritation heal spontaneously. If your extreme tiredness persist or worsen you should visit your doctor. I would check Arterial Blood Gas for carbon monoxide poisoning.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
