I had an xray done because of lower back pain. In the xray there are 7 small white spots clearly visible on my bladder. I urinate 10-12 times during the day and 3-5 times at night. I am 40 years old. I saw a urologist last fall. I retain urine. PSA checks normal. I had a CT today with contrast. Results are pending.
I have read the report of your x-ray and i think that the white spots that you decribe are probably just vesical stones that can be treated easyly from an urologyst (CT will confirm dhe diagnosis)
But i see another problem. You wake up 3-4 times at night and 13-15 urinate at day. It's not normal for my opinion. At least for a healthy 40 years old person. So after the results of the Ct-scan you need to check up with an urologist again to controle your prostate and do some tests for urinary tract infectiones.
