What Do Violent Nausea Producing Green Bile And Fatigue Suggest?

I am 60years old. On no medication , not overweight and active. My blood pressure is 100/70. It is 24hours since I last ate a meal. Since waking this morning I have been excessively lacking in energy, my whole body aches, am very unsteady on feet, been sleeping all day, had uncomfortable feeling in stomach all day, passed a motion mid morning and have just had frequent violent nausea producing strong green bile. I have only managed to sip a little water all day. I do not have a gall bladder. What do you suggest.

It may be just gastritis due to not having meal for 24hours. Please take a proton pump inhibitor like pantoprazole with a combination of antiemetic like domeperidone and also, please do have some light solid food. If the nausea reduces, have proper food.
