General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It sounds like you may have Fordyce spots, which are small, harmless, raised bumps that are white or yellow and typically found on the genitals, including the Mons pubis. They are caused by the presence of sebaceous glands and are entirely benign. They are not contagious and do not require any treatment. However, if the bumps are causing discomfort or you are concerned, you should consult a healthcare professional for a proper diagnosis and advice.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
