Hello,

The USG report in both does show there is enlargement of prostate (mild or moderate), which causes retention of urine in the bladder after the effort tp pass the urine is completed. The remaining volume is about 30 to 35 ml. Since you are already on treatment for BPH (Benign Prostatic Hypertrophy) with Tablet Tamflow 0.4 mg, that needs to be continued. It is a treatment that needs to be continued for a very long time till the enlargement is reduced or prostate is removed.

Secondly, the enteric duplication cyst is a small cyst( a bag like structure) which an out growth of small intestine most often, if detected is usually surgically removed as if left may cause some complications even though now it is symptomless.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
