What Do These Ultrasound Reports Of Kidney And Bladder Indicate?

just had ultrasound of bladder and kidneys. Keep getting rt flank pain and occasionally lt flank pain. Bladder is not fully emptying. For about the last 2 yrs I keep feeling nauseous and weak and generally not well. Nausea takes over about once a month for last two years. I am a 50 yr old female with 4 grown children. Anyhow my ultrasound came back with nonspecific heterogeneous renal parenchymal pattern and nonspecific medical renal disease. What does this all mean?
