Hello and welcome to HCM,
The ultrasound is showing presence of singleton pregnancy.
The gestational age or age of pregnancy corresponds to 39 weeks and 4 days.
The position of placenta and its maturity is within normal limits.
The amniotic fluid quantity and amniotic fluid index is also within normal limits.
However, the umbilical cord is wound around the baby's neck.
Although there is no contraindication for a normal vaginal delivery however, the cords around the neck require special attention.
Your pregnancy has crossed the expected date of delivery so the labor can begin anytime.
If the onset of labor is not spontaneous for next 3 days, induction of labor may have to be done.

Thanks and take care
