What Do These Thyroid Test Results For Weight Gain, Fatigue And Hair Loss Indicate?

My TSH levels 0.093, T4 - 1.65,T3- 4.1 , but my symptoms are like hypothyoid --- feeling fatigue , gained a lot of weight and hair loss is abundant.Currently i take 125mcg. 4 months earlier my results were TSH 0.7.my doc said to reduce the dosage, but i m scared that i feel even worse and gain weight.

You need to reduce the dose as already advised by your physician as your Serum TSH level is getting lower. Dose needs to be adjusted according to TSH level & not according to weigh my changes otherwise you will have adverse effects due to overdosage. Your increasing weight is probably due to your lifestyle & dietary habits and you need to do dietary changes and exercise regularly or walk briskly for 30mins daily 5 days a week. Avoid oily and junk food.
