what does all of this mean? Vent. Rate : 058 BPM Atrial Rate : 058 BPM P-R Int : 144 ms QRS Dur : 090 ms QT Int : 448 ms P-R-T Axes : 073 025 057 degrees QTc Int : 439 ms Sinus bradycardia Cannot rule out Septal infarct Borderline ECG When compared with ECG of 07 feb 2010 Premature ventricular complexes no longer present ST-T abnormalities no longer present

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The vent and atrial rate refer to the heart beat which was 58 beats per minute. This is slightly below the lower limit of 60.
The information on the pr, qt intervals refer to the length of time it takes for certain aspects of heart rhythm to occur.

Both the pr interval and qtc interval are normal

The report also indicates that some abnormalities that were seen a previous ECG , are no longer present.
