What Do These Physical Attributes Of Hydromorphone Indicate?

I have been taking Hydromorphone 8mg for awhile now and I have been looking at pictures of it and found many but none like mine. It is a three sided pill with a split 8 on one side but on the second side it looks like a split M on it and I did not find any images like that. Is this not really a Hydromorphone?

There are a very large number of different generics and these change frequently. If you got the prescription filled down the road it would likely be different each time.
