What Do These Nerve Conduction Study Values Indicate?

I had an EMG two years ago and my doctor didn t go over the results with me, I had carpel tunnel surgery on my right wrist and it didn t improve. I have abnormal Values on motor summary table, my left median motor onset is 7.8 in my elbow and 8.1 in the right elbow. Is this something I should be concerned about? I have neuropathy in my upper arms and numbness tingling and muscle loss . Is there a chance that my ulnar nerve could be pinched ? My left ulnar onset is A 8.0 B 6.2 and my right A 8.4 B 6.3 ? Are these values quit high?

Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Hi,

Not that high but you should still see a neurologist regarding the same because carpal tunnel can have recurrence.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harshita,
